We believe in clarity, integrity, and honoring the commitments we make to one another. Why Not Today is built on action, consistency, and follow through. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all Why Not Today Programs, Products, and Services unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cooling Off Period
We honor a 3 day cooling off period.
If you request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase, your payment will be refunded in full.
After the 3 day period, all sales are final and non refundable.
Inner Circle and Coaching Programs
When you enroll in a Why Not Today coaching program, including the Inner Circle, you are committing to a structured experience designed to support your growth through consistency, accountability, and community.
Your enrollment includes access to:
- Live coaching calls and replays
- Accountability and action planning support
- Community access
- Tools, frameworks, and shared resources
- Any bonuses included at the time of enrollment
As long as these elements are delivered as outlined, your enrollment remains valid.
Membership terms are either six months or one year, depending on your selection.
- Paid in full purchases are non refundable after the 3 day period
- Payment plans must be completed in full and do not alter the commitment
Workshops and Trainings
All workshops and trainings, whether live or recorded, are non refundable after the 3 day cooling off period.
If a replay or materials are provided, the workshop is considered delivered.
Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products, including workbooks, guides, templates, and downloadable materials, are non refundable once access has been granted.
Events and Luncheons
All event and luncheon tickets are non refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
Results and Participation
Why Not Today provides tools, structure, and support. Results depend on your participation, consistency, and implementation.
No specific results, financial outcomes, or business success are guaranteed.
Non Refundable Situations
After the 3 day cooling off period, refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or change in direction
- Lack of time or inability to participate
- Not attending calls or events
- Not watching replays or using materials
- Personal, financial, or business circumstances
We are committed to showing up fully. In return, you are responsible for the commitment you chose to make.
